About Us

Manipur is an independent State and Imphal is the capital of the State. It is bounded by the Indian States of Nagaland to the North, Mizoram to the South, and Assam to the West; Myanmar (Sagaing Region and Chin State) lies to its East.

On 29th October 2019 the declaration of Manipur independence from India was announced in London by the Chief Minister of the Council, Yambem Biren with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defence Narengbam Samarjit.
